About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you set the tone for the store and the team and help bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for driving profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store including customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You support the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals. Collaborating with your General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager, you will coach and develop team members to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do

1. Support strategies to drive store sales through a customer-centric approach.
2. Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team.
3. Own specific areas of responsibility within the store.
4. Implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
5. Perform Service Leader duties.
6. Ensure standard operating procedures are consistently followed.
7. Represent the brand and stay informed about the retail landscape and competition.
8. Promote community involvement.
9. Leverage omni-channel strategies to enhance customer experience.
10. Ensure all compliance standards are met.

Who You Are

1. A retail management professional with 1-3 years of experience.
2. A high school graduate or equivalent.
3. Excellent communicator capable of engaging with customers and team members.
4. Passionate about retail and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Results-driven and metric-focused.
6. Inspiring leader with coaching and mentoring skills.
7. Flexible schedule to accommodate holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
8. Proficient with retail technology.
9. Physically able to move around the store and lift up to 30 pounds.
10. Willing to travel as needed.
