Chico's in Monterey is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless, personalized customer experience.

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. This position helps foster a welcoming environment—for both associates and customers—that enables us to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

Must be at least 18 years old.
3 years of retail management experience preferred.
Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
