Job Description
Domino's Pizza of Adrian, MI is looking for a day shift Assistant Manager (9am to 4pm) to oversee store operations and prepare for the dinner rush. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and coordinate day shift operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the store
- Supervise and train team members on food preparation, customer service, and store procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Prepare the store for peak hours, including stocking ingredients and organizing workstations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Assist in cash management and daily financial reporting
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for all products
- Foster a positive team environment and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues promptly
Qualifications:

- Willing to work Friday, Saturday, and Sundays
- Willingness to learn pizza business
- Domino's/restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to be on feet for long periods of time
- Desire to interact with customers both on the phone and in person
- Hourly position
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Food safety certification preferred (e.g., ServSafe)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Flexible schedule and ability to work varying shifts as needed
