Job summary

Braum's Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Arlington, TX. The role leads store staff during early shifts and reports to the Store Manager. The candidate will coach the team, ensure quality food and customer satisfaction, and oversee daily store operations.

This position requires 2 years of experience, a valid driver license, and is eligible for Braum's bi-weekly bonus program. Work hours average around 45 per week with a 5:30 am–3:00 pm shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail Management experience.
• 2 years of experience in a store/restaurant environment preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.

Assistant Restaurant Manager-Food Service Supervisor-Management

Position: Assistant Manager

Experience: 2 years

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $17.50 - $18.00
(annually $48,000 - $53,000)

Assistant Manager's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
