Total Wine & More in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead a service-driven team, and ensure smooth store operations. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining compliance with alcohol regulations.

Develop product knowledge, manage payroll, inventory, merchandising, and shrink; build vendor relationships; lead by example; work evenings/weekends as needed; and participate in Total Rewards

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

About the roleAs an Assistant Store Manager, you will grow the company brand by delivering best-in-class service and bringing to life a distinctive world of adult beverages and more for our customers. You will support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to expand our customer base and maximize profitability.
