Job summary

Soma is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Franklin, TN location to support the Store Manager in building a high-performance team and delivering a superior shopping experience. You will lead on the sales floor, train staff, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and community engagement.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage inventory, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. A customer-centric attitude and commitment to Soma's brand are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
