Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our store, delivering personalized service and product knowledge in a customer-centered environment. You’ll contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience, while supporting merchandising and store operations.

The role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and ownership. Must be at least 18 in most states and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
