Job summary

Shoe Palace in Compton, CA is looking for an Assistant Manager who can lead a team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll support the store manager to run the daily operation and ensure customers receive the best service.

You’ll train and coach teammates, maintain product knowledge, keep the store clean, and help with performance evaluations. The role requires open availability on weekends and prior retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• 4 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of management experience desirable.
• 3 years of cashier experience or similar retail roles.
