Job summary

RedPeak is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in all community operations with an emphasis on accounts payable. You will interact with residents and play a key role in leasing and maintaining our customer service platform.

As a second in command, you’ll lead with resident relations, mentor team members, and ensure high standards of curb appeal, vendor management, and financial performance across the community.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Proficient in Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise vendors to ensure professional service for residents.
• Assist leasing staff to meet occupancy goals and aid leasing functions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive resident experience.
• Oversee daily accounting, billing, cash flow, and month-end reporting.
