RedPeak is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Denver area to support the Community Manager with operations, accounts payable, leasing, and resident relations. You will help maintain service standards, supervise vendors, and promote occupancy across 469 apartments in multiple buildings.

The role emphasizes budget management, timely invoicing, and strong customer service skills, with a competitive pay and full benefits package. On-site position at Greenwood Village office.

Responsibilities

• Actively support fellow team members and CM through ongoing mentoring, learning opportunities, and effective communication.
• As second in command, take a leadership role with resident relations and fellow team members through knowledgeable, confident support.
• Lead team and supervise vendors to ensure all residents receive professional service in every area property operations.
• Work with leasing staff to ensure leasing/marketing goals are met and occupancy is maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create thoughtful customer and team member experiences.
