Job summary

Rainbow USA in Hoover, AL is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for our store. You will oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, asset protection, and expense control while keeping the client experience at the forefront.

Two years of previous management experience in a women's apparel specialty store is required. You will train and motivate staff, coordinate tasks, and ensure punctual, organized, and detail-oriented performance.
