This is a full-time position (50 hours per week).

Responsibilities
  • Assist in restaurant operations to ensure quality, guest service, and hospitality
  • Review documentation to assess operational quality
  • Assist in training non-management employees
  • Assign duties based on work requirements
  • Manage kitchen setup, prep sheets, and cleaning duties
  • Attend Manager and Trainer meetings
  • Perform register functions including voids, comps, discounts
  • Monitor food and beverage preparation, receiving, and storage
  • Handle guest complaints
  • Perform duties of server, bartender, host, expediter, cook, or dishwasher when needed
