Kid to Kid Chester is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to lead the sales floor, coach teammates, and ensure smooth daily operations at our Chester, VA location. You will help presort and price merchandise, manage inventory, ring up customers, and support marketing efforts to grow the store community.

You will work with a supportive admin team and benefit from flexible scheduling, paid time off, and opportunities to advance across our network of nearly 30 locations.

Formación

• Assist with daily store operations and team leadership.
• Presort and price incoming merchandise accurately.
• Organize racks, tag and hang clothing.
• Test toys and assemble equipment for sale.
• Operate the register and train customers on selling.
• Contribute to social media posts.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and nightly reports.
• Manage inventory and back stock transfers.
• Support Store Manager and lead team.

Responsabilidades

• Presort incoming clothes, toys, and equipment.
• Price and categorize merchandise using store system.
• Organize and maintain tidy racks and fitting areas.
• Test toys and assemble equipment as needed.
• Handle ring sales and educate customers on selling.
• Post updates on social media pages.
• Perform opening and closing tasks.
• Oversee inventory and coordinate stock movements.
• Assist Store Manager in guiding staff.
