Shoe Palace is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, motivate the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee daily tasks, coach associates, and maintain product knowledge while upholding our standards for service and presentation.

Candidates should be 18+, with available weekends, retail or customer service background, and a drive to grow with Shoe Palace. Growth opportunities and a dynamic work environment are offered.

• Must be driven!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have... Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
• Experience working with a growing company
