Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and progress through four stages toward store supervision. You will learn while you earn, with promotions and hourly pay increases at each step.

This role emphasizes team leadership, customer service, cash handling, and maintaining store quality. You’ll supervise 3 to 30 staff, greet customers, take orders, ensure on-time pizza production, and uphold cleanliness and grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team; you will manage a staff of 3–30 during your shift.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and cost/inventory/cash controls.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including phone orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
• Ensure fast, accurate production of pizzas following portion sizes and recipes.
• Deliver product safely and courteously when needed.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and professional grooming standards.
