Chick-fil-A Frisco is seeking an Assistant Manager to elevate guest experiences, coach a diverse team, and drive operational excellence.

You will lead FOH operations, implement Chick-fil-A's RISE and Pathway programs, coach staff, conduct evaluations, and ensure food safety, labeling, FIFO, and labor compliance while maximizing profitability.

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time role with 40+ hours per week including opening, closing, and mid-shifts.
• Schedule includes 10-hour shifts, weekend availability, and 8-hour shifts.
