Serve Denton is looking for a full-time warehouse manager in Fort Worth, TX. You will direct Aftermarket Sales personnel, implement sales strategies, and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency. The candidate should have experience in warehouse settings and proven skills in training and organization.
The position requires OSHA forklift certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Company benefits include life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.

Salary: $18.06 per hour
Work Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week). Days and hours vary.

Directs and motivates personnel to include training and utilize equipment needed to distribute all categories of aftermarket goods including, but not limited to, forklift, tippers, vertical and down stroke balers, pallet jacks, 2‑wheel dollies, furniture dollies/flatbeds, and trash gondolas. Implements and administers sales strategies for multiple revenue streams including a by‑the‑pound outlet store, salvage, and recycle sales. Ensures proper separation of commodities to maximize donation value at its final stage of sale for Goodwill Industries. Implements a system of record keeping and report generation responsive to the requirements of Goodwill as well as federal, state, and private agencies. Insures proper documentation of any disciplinary, injury, and safety reports.
In the absence of the Retail Operations Manager, Aftermarket Sales, is responsible for opening/closing the store and Goodwill’s main warehouse facility. Is authorized to approve voids on the cash register, prepare the daily report, and other management functions needed during the business day; registers merchandise through the cash register in the proper department according to established policies and procedures. Assists customers on the sales floor, answers telephone calls, and keeps checkouts clean.
Ensures efficient operation of day‑to‑day activities of Aftermarket Sales, including the outlet store, salvage and recycling. Works closely with other departments housed within the warehouse facility to ensure efficient product and supply movement to maintain Goodwill’s satellite facilities.
Must be mobile and able to move between functions. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs at times. Must tolerate extremes of temperature, dust, and noise.
