Job summary

Bubbas Fish Shack in Surfside Beach, SC is looking for an Assistant Manager with at least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant to help lead a busy team and maintain exceptional hospitality. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required to meet guest needs and company goals.

You will drive daily operations, uphold company policies, and ensure compliance with SCDA and OSHA food safety standards while delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, energetic, positive, knowledgeable, detail-oriented with hospitality and people management skills.
