Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and deliver memorable hospitality. You will guide daily operations, coach staff, support sales and profitability, and foster a positive culture that makes guests want to return.

This hands-on leader will set performance expectations, manage shifts, and develop employees through ongoing feedback and reviews while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of senior level management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
• Extensive front of house knowledge with strong financial acumen.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to drive daily operations, control costs, and ensure service excellence.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance feedback to develop team members.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, cleanliness, and uniform standards.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and address complaints to win guest loyalty.
• Oversee shifts, daily decision making, and ensure consistent food quality and service.
• Provide direction on operations, issues, and employee development through feedback and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
• Assist the General Manager in ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Investigate and respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
• Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service
• Provide direction to employees regarding operations and procedural issues while developing employees by providing ongoing feedback, establish performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews

Qualifications

• At least 2+ yearsof senior level management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment

• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
