Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a store team and deliver the best customer experience every day. You will supervise operations, coach team members, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge while ensuring store standards stay top-notch.

You will be a dynamic, outgoing leader with weekend availability, drive sales, and foster a collaborative, energetic retail environment that values community, training, and growth within a growing national brand.

Qualifications

• Leadership: inspires and guides a team to meet daily store goals.
• Customer service: delivers first-class experiences to every customer.
• Retail experience: prior work in a footwear or fashion retail environment preferred.
• Open weekends: availability required to cover weekend shifts.

About you…

• 18+ years old
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills
• Must be driven!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally?
• Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have...
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
• Experience working with a growing company
