Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is looking for a store supervisor in New Jersey. You will oversee daily store operations, manage staff and payroll, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising.

What You'll Do

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.

• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.

• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.

The starting rate for this position is $23.00 per hour. (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $23.00-$23.00 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
