Position Overview:

  • Advise and supervise restaurant team members.
  • Attract, develop, and retain staff.
  • Manage guest reservations and wait times using GuestBridge / OpenTable.
  • Ensure all employees hold valid food handler certifications.
  • Promote a Culture of Recognition (OZ Principle).
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Oversee inventory, forecasting, and target setting.
  • Manage EcoSure program and action plans.
  • Communicate and enforce safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain safety for guests and team members.
  • Make timely and confident decisions.
  • Adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Plan and organize work effectively to meet organizational needs.
  • Drive results and motivate the team to excel.
  • Recognize and exceed guest expectations.
  • Lead and manage team members to achieve organizational goals.
  • Mentor, advise, and provide feedback for team development.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and resilience.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant operations experience; 3 years in churrasco and churrascaria cuisine preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in hotel/restaurant management preferred.
  • Proficiency in food planning, sanitation, personnel management, and report preparation.
Computer Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (required).
  • Experience with Aloha POS, Workday, GuestBridge, and MenuLink (preferred).
Physical Demands:

Must frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds and possess endurance and mental acuity to handle high-stress situations and conflicts.
