Role Overview
Restaurant Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Advise and supervise restaurant team members.
- Attract, develop, and retain all restaurant team members.
- Utilize GuestBridge/OpenTable to manage guest reservations and wait times.
- Ensure all employees have completed and hold unexpired food handler certifications.
- Promote a culture of recognition (OZ Principle).
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve guest concerns.
- Manage inventory, forecasting, and set sales targets.
- Promote and manage the EcoSure program and action plan.
- Communicate and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure the safety of guests and team members.

Education & Experience
• 5 years of restaurant operations experience required.• 3 years of churrasco and churrascaria cuisine knowledge preferred.• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable (combined experience and education considered).
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel required.

Physical Demands
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, possess high levels of endurance and mental acuity, and manage conflict under high‑stress situations.

Compensation
Pay range from $60,000.00 to $80,000.00, dependent upon relevant work experience.
