SKILLS and TALENTS NEEDED:

• Must have leadership experience managing 45+ employees; cleaning experience preferred, but we will train the right person
• Strong customer service skills
• Perform training for new and existing employees
• Manage staff at multiple locations
• Friendly, organized professional with excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Extensive skills in Microsoft Office software programs
• A drive to get the work done right the first time and pride in a job well done
• Will be operating a vehicle for business purposes; a valid active driver’s license, proof of active auto insurance and a minimum of 3 points on your driving record will be required
