White House Black Market in Huntersville, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and lead a team to deliver a customer-centered experience. This role helps foster a welcoming environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.

You will drive sales, assist in hiring and coaching, lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel service, and maintain a visually inspiring store.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
