About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you set the tone for the store and the team and help bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for driving profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store including customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You support the execution of store strategies to meet performance goals, coaching and mentoring team members to deliver a top-notch customer experience.

  • Inspirational leader with coaching skills.
  • Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
  • Proficient with retail technology.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate sales floor and stockroom.
