You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. Your role includes supporting the Director of F&B in managing the assigned outlet as a successful profit center, in accordance with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget to help ensure the financial success of the outlet.
