Compensation

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the face of Plaza Tire Service—supporting store operations, delivering excellent customer experiences, and helping grow the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, in person and by phone
  • Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and review service history
  • Recommend needed services and explain options clearly so customers can make informed decisions
  • Document recommendations thoroughly
  • Prepare accurate quotes with clear costs and timelines
  • Keep customers updated throughout their service
  • Process payments, review multi-point inspections, and explain warranties
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Track returns, core returns, and warranty parts
  • Support store operations and team success with other duties as needed

You’ll also follow all company policies and demonstrate behaviors that align with our Company Standards and Expectations.

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Professional appearance and great communication skills
3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or automotive-related roles
Prior management experience is helpful but not required
Ability to work a minimum of 5 days per week, including weekends
Proven ability to thrive in a process-driven environment
