Auto-Wares Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Parts Pro Automotive store in Middleburg Heights, OH. The role focuses on leading by example, coaching staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring top‑tier customer service.

You will support store operations, help drive sales, and foster a positive team culture while upholding company values and standards. This position is on‑site in Ohio with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive parts experience of at least 2 years.
• Must have proven leadership experience for at least 2 years.
• Must be available to commit at least 45 hours per week to the role.
• Must be customer‑focused with strong communication skills.
• Bi‑lingual abilities are a strong plus.
• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Must comply with all physical requirements of the position, including a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support store operations.
• Coach and develop team members through procedures in the Employee Handbook.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company values.
• Represent the company by creating positive customer experiences.
• Build knowledge of parts and services offered to customers.
• Support sales and operational meetings and store initiatives.
• Assist in inventory management and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and leadership coverage in their absence.
