Job summary

Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, coach team members, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will help supervise daily activities, ensure cleanliness, and maintain strong product knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service background, are energetic, and can manage a team. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields.
• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills.
• Must be driven!
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
• Experience working with a growing company.
