About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you set the tone for the store and the team and help bring our brand to life for our customers. You are responsible for driving profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store, including customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You support the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals. Collaborating with your General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager, you will teach and coach behaviors to Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to cultivate a high-performing team that delivers a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and results with a customer-centric approach.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop highly effective Brand Associate and Expert teams.
  • Own specific areas of responsibility.
  • Implement action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform Service Leader duties.
  • Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
  • Represent the brand and understand the competitive retail landscape.
  • Promote community involvement.
  • Leverage omni-channel strategies to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all standards.
Who You Are
  • A current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communicator able to interact with customers and team members to meet goals.
  • Passionate about retail and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on meeting business metrics.
  • Motivated to lead, inspire, and mentor others through coaching and development.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
  • Proficient with retail technology and able to navigate the sales floor, stockroom, and office; capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
