Nordstrom in Burlington, MA is seeking an Assistant Sales Department Manager who excels at directive selling, sets and achieves sales goals, and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit, train and motivate a team, partner with the department manager on business plans, coach staff on service standards, and drive merchandising and inventory processes to minimize shrink while building loyal customers on the floor.

• Experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with department and store managers, divisional retail merchandiser and other leaders
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• A high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $19.25 - $30.75 Hourly
