Job summary

Dominium seeks an Assistant Manager for Arcade, a 282‑unit community in St. Louis, MO. You will support the Community Manager in daily operations, aim to maintain occupancy, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of property management experience, familiarity with Section 8/Section 42 or market-rate housing, and knowledge of Yardi software. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Yardi software preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with daily property operations.
• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in training, directing, and motivating site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on‑call as scheduled by management.
