Job summary

Knitwell Group in Oxon Hill, MD is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and nurture a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, engage customers, and model brand behaviors.

You will coach associates, ensure inclusive environment, enable omnichannel shopping, assist Store Manager with recruiting, use reports to drive performance, and build partnerships across the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient; ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen; ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
