Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Wayne, NJ location to lead a customer-focused store team on daily operations and service levels.

You will coach associates, model the LOFT brand behaviors in retail contexts, and collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit and develop talent while using reports to monitor performance and drive results.

This role requires a hospitality mindset, strong business acumen, and ability to work on site with a team to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitable customer service mindset.
• Able to operate POS and checkout systems.
• Strong business acumen to drive results.
• Proactive in decision making.

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates.

You’ll bring to the role

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
