KnitWell Group in Monroe, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to champion customer experience on the sales floor and foster a welcoming store culture for all associates.

You will lead by example, coach teammates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit and develop talent while leveraging technology to deliver seamless omnichannel shopping. This role emphasizes initiative, results, and inclusive leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
