KnitWell Group's Monroe store is seeking an Assistant Manager to support a high-energy customer experience and cultivate a welcoming, high-performance culture among associates. You will lead on the sales floor and coach teammates to uphold brand standards.

You will assist with recruiting and development, leveraging POS and store technology to deliver seamless service. Growth opportunities exist across our brands.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient; ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen; ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.75 Hourly USD
