Job summary

LOFT in Midland, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to help deliver exceptional customer experiences and build a strong store culture. You will lead the sales floor, coach associates, and model LOFT brand behaviors.

In this role you will foster an inclusive environment, leverage technology for omnichannel shopping, and support recruiting and development while driving operational excellence and team engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient with POS systems and reporting tools.
• Strong business acumen with ability to drive results.
