Job summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager at Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC to help deliver an exceptional guest experience by leading daily operations and supporting team development. You will work closely with the General Manager, balance accountability with empowerment, and model the brand values on every shift.

In this role you will onboard new hires, coach teammates, and safeguard a safe, inclusive store culture while ensuring drink quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop or similar fast-paced setting.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations and service fundamentals.
