Job summary

Burger King Rosenberg is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and ensure outstanding guest experiences at the 5141 Ave. H location in Rosenberg, Texas.

The role emphasizes team development, training, scheduling, and maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards while supporting the Restaurant General Manager with cost control and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Education - Experience
