MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s Franchise, is seeking a Store Assistant Manager for our St. Louis location.

This full-time role puts you on the front line of leadership in a fast-paced, customer‑driven environment. You will lead and motivate a team, ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness, assist with scheduling, inventory control and cost management, train staff, resolve customer inquiries, and partner with the General Manager to achieve store goals while

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
