Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza invites experienced restaurant professionals to join us as Restaurant Assistant Manager at our Las Cruces location. You will support daily operations, uphold service standards, and ensure food quality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

Under the direction of the General Manager, you will lead a front-line team, manage schedules, training, health and safety compliance, and drive a positive customer experience while promoting teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls to protect assets.
• Create and manage staff schedules to cover all shifts.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
