Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and deliver friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean, inviting setting.

You will lead a dynamic team, work closely with the District Manager, and participate in training and development to advance management goals within a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum as Assistant Manager in a high‑volume food service environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and private transportation access.
• High School diploma or equivalent; comply with state and federal documentation.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, results orientation and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant's daily operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day‑to‑day financial controls in the restaurant.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure coverage.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate new team members.

• Create and manage staff schedules

• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
