Job summary

Burger King in Spring, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team and drive exceptional service. You will develop servant leadership, coach crew, and ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.

This role emphasizes training, scheduling, cost controls, and improving guest metrics through collaboration with the GM. Requires 1–2 years supervisory experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments
