Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations with Site Manager.

• Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and consistency.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Job Details: Job Location: 11 PR - Cheyenne, WY 82001, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $20.00 - $31.25 Hourly, Be the reason your team grows stronger — and your customers leave happier.

• Lead day-to-day site operations alongside the Site Manager
• Support, coach, and develop Customer Service Attendants through training and feedback
• Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
• Adjust staffing priorities throughout the day based on business needs
• Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and operational consistency
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with equipment troubleshooting
• Step into Customer Service Attendant responsibilities as needed
• Participate in leadership meetings, training, and continuous development opportunities

Starting pay is based on values alignments (Professional and Friendly), leadership experience, technical ability, and overall fit for the role. Two pay increases are available within the first year through performance and development milestones.

Physical Realities of the Job

This is a highly active, outdoor leadership role. You will:

• Stand for most of your shift
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Bend, walk, climb, and occasionally lift 15–50 lbs
• Work near moving equipment in a loud environment
• Perform hands‑on operational and maintenance-related tasks
• Occasionally work at heights or around mechanical systems
