Job summary

Burger King in Lowell, IN is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to guide daily operations, train new team members, and ensure quality of service.

You will lead shift teams, monitor guest experience, manage schedules, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience

• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Ability to keep employees motivates, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays
