Burger King in Lavista, Nebraska is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach front-line teams, and ensure welcoming guest experiences. You will balance service quality with cost controls while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include training new hires, running effective team huddles, monitoring speed of service, scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.

• Creates and monitors schedule and manages new team members onboarding.
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments.
