We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our location on 4284 W Thomas Rd in Phoenix, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving team performance.
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the establishment
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high standards of customer service and productivity
- Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks
- Participate in sales initiatives and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
- Assist in financial tasks such as cash handling, deposits, and basic bookkeeping
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals
- Step in for the General Manager when necessary, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills

- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail or restaurant management experience preferred (But not a must)
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and Holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with retail or restaurant operations and industry best practices
