Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a motivated manager to assist the General Manager with running daily operations and maintaining quality standards. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, recruiting and onboarding, inventory control, and ensuring cleanliness and safety. You will rotate commissary deliveries and support a cohesive team focused on excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to commit to full-time hours.
• Prior management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Ability to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
