Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking capable individuals to support store leadership and operations. You will assist the General Manager in executing operating standards, supervise staff, and help ensure cleanliness and readiness of equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities include interviewing and onboarding new team members, managing inventory, and coordinating deliveries. A proactive, reliable candidate will thrive in this fast-paced quick-service environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to work
• Full-time availability
• Prior management and/or fast-service restaurant experience a plus
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to motivate and build cohesive teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
